Moon's Brights after the Firefalls, abbreviated to B.A. in Lows Speech, is a system of time measurement based on the number of months after the catastrophic Firefalls of Westingland, first calibrated by the Ildré wizard Éû three moonfalls after the fact (in B.A. 3). It is used throughout the Westing Lands to date.
